Delete your Karaz data
You can delete your Karaz account and the personal information linked to it at any time.
From the Karaz app
- Open Karaz and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Open Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.
Account deletion removes your profile, meal history, nutrition logs, Reem chat history, and associated meal photos. If storage cleanup is temporarily unavailable, the photo removal is queued for retry.
If you cannot access the app
Email almulhemqr@gmail.com with the subject “Karaz account deletion.” Send the email address used for your Karaz account so we can identify it. Do not send your password. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
We will remove the account data from active Karaz systems. Limited records may remain temporarily in backups or logs where needed for security, legal obligations, or recovery, and will be removed through the applicable retention cycle.
Facebook sign-in
Removing Karaz from your Facebook app settings does not by itself delete information already stored in your Karaz account. Use the in-app steps above or email us to request account deletion.
